Troubleshooting / Recovery When the Current Password is Unknown

Password recovery procedures involve identity verification and secure handling by RUCKUS Support. Direct recovery of admin or enable passwords using shell, sesame, KSP, or configuration decryption methods is not supported for customers.
If you cannot authenticate with the current password, open a support case with RUCKUS and provide proof of ownership for the controller. RUCKUS Support will guide you through approved recovery steps and ensure compliance with security policies.
