General Upgrade and Downgrade Considerations for Stacks

Read the following section before upgrading a stack from a pre-08.0.90 release to FastIron 08.0.90 or later and before downgrading from FastIron 08.0.90 or a later release to a pre-08.0.90 release. Certain stack configuration behaviors have changed in FastIron release 08.0.90, and new commands have been introduced to assist with upgrades and downgrades.
