Port security can be configured on a single interface or multiple interfaces.
Syntax
port security { age[ decimal | global-mac ] } { autosave} { maximumvalue } { secure-mac-addressipaddress} { violation[ protect| restrict| shutdown] }
no port security { age[ decimal | global-mac ] } { autosave} { maximumvalue } { secure-mac-addressipaddress} { violation[ protect| restrict| shutdown] }

The following example shows how to enter port security on a simple interface.

The following example shows how to enter port security on multiple interfaces.

device# configure terminal 
device (config)# interface ethernet 1/1/1 ethernet 1/1/10
device(config-mif-1/1/1-1/1/10)#port-security age global-mac secure-mac-address 1.2.3 1 autosave 17
