Displaying DHCP Option 82 (dhcp-relay information) Information

You can use various show commands to view information about DHCP option 82 processing.

The show dhcpv4-relay information command is supported only on ICX 8200 devices.

Use one of the following commands to view DHCP option 82 processing.

  1. Enter the show running-config command for a specific VLAN to display information about the Circuit ID, Remote ID, and forwarding policy for DHCP Option 82. 
    device# show running-config vlan 1000
vlan 1000 by port
 tagged ethe 1/1/11 ethe 1/1/23 
 dhcp-relay information enable
 dhcp-relay information circuit-id circuit01
 dhcp-relay information remote-id remote0
  2. Enter the show dhcpv4-relay information command to display information about the trusted ports, untrusted ports, and ports on which DHCP option 82 is enabled. 
    device(config)# show dhcpv4-relay information
Relay agent information enabled on VLANs: 1
VLAN Id: 1000
  circuit-id information: circuit01
  remote-id information: remote01
