Disabling an MSDP Peer
The following configuration example disables an MSDP peer.
device# configure terminal device(config)# router msdp device(config-msdp-router)# msdp-peer 205.216.162.1 shutdown
The following configuration example disables an MSDP peer for a specific VRF named blue.
Note: The syntax for disabling an MSDP peer is different in VRF configuration mode.
device# configure terminal device(config)# router msdp vrf blue device(config-msdp-router-vrf-blue)# no msdp-peer 205.216.162.1
