Creating Routing Configurations

You can create, edit, and delete routing configurations for a switch.
  1. From the main menu, go to Network > Wired > Switches to display the window.
    The Switches page is displayed.
  2. Select the Domain > Switch Group or specific Switch Group, and then choose the switch.
  3. In the Details pane, click the Routing tab.

  4. In the IP Ports section, click the icon.
  5. The IP Ports page is displayed.

    Complete the following fields:
    • Switch: Select the switch from the drop down list.
    • Name: Enter a name.
    • OSPF Area: Enter the OSPF area IPv4 address.
    • 7.0 Beta Feature
      Port: Select the breakout port number from the list.
    • DHCP Relay Agent: Enter the DHCP relay agent IP address.
    • IP Address: Configure the IP address on the selected breakout port.
    • IP Subnet Mask: Enter an IP subnet mask.
    • Ingress ACL: Select the ACL for the ingress network interface.
    • Egress ACL: Select the ACL for the egress network interface.
  6. Click OK.
  7. In the VE Ports section, click the icon.

    Complete the following fields:
    • Switch: Select the switch from the list.
    • VE#: Enter the VE number. Range: 1 through 4095.
    • Name: Enter a name.
    • OSPF Area: Enter the OSPF area IPv4 address.
    • VLAN#: Select the VLAN from the list.
    • DHCP Relay Agent: Enter the DHCP relay agent IP address.
    • IP Address: Enter a unicast IP address.
    • IP Subnet Mask: Enter an IP subnet mask.
    • Ingress ACL: Select the ACL for the ingress network interface.
    • Egress ACL: Select the ACL for the egress network interface.
  8. The VE Ports ports page is displayed.
  9. Click OK.
