Configuring a Monitor Port for ERSPAN
An ERSPAN monitor port is the port on which traffic is captured and sent to a remote
destination over a Layer 3 network.
Before you configure the monitor port, you must configure an ERSPAN profile.
- Enter global configuration mode.
- Enter interface configuration mode.
- Configure the mirror port for ERSPAN.
- Verify the configuration.
