   To create a RUCKUS IoT Insights user, the administrator must define the user name, role, and sites that the user can access.
3. Adding LBS Functions
   RUCKUS IoT Insights provides a first-level location services functionality for BLE-based panic buttons and tags. The location-based services (LBS) functionality allows RUCKUS IoT Insights to provide monitoring of panic buttons and tags and to provide ongoing location monitoring of mobile assets. To perform these functions, RUCKUS IoT Insights requires details about the tag and its assigned name or user, along with a start location.
