BOOTP Support

The Bootstrap Protocol (BOOTP) uses a combination of Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and User Datagram Protocol (UDP) to assign an IP address or a range of IP addresses to the BOOTP clients. By default, the DHCP server is enabled to process BOOTP requests from the BOOTP client at the global level, and dynamic BOOTP is disabled at the DHCP server address pool. Dynamic BOOTP enables the DHCP server to assign the IP address or a range of IP addresses to the BOOTP clients within its address pool.
