ICX 7650 Rear-module Options

Note: ICX 7650 devices cannot operate in a stack when the rear module is configured for data uplink. Stacking election mechanisms and all stacking operations, including IPC communications, are blocked in uplink mode.

The following operating modes can be configured on the ICX 7650 fixed rear module (Module 3):

  • 2 X 100-Gbps stacking (the default)
  • 4 X 40-Gbps stacking
  • 2 X 100-Gbps data uplink
  • 2 X 40-Gbps data uplink
