Changing the AP Firmware Version of the Zone
The controller supports multiple firmware versions. You can manually upgrade or downgrade
the AP firmware version of the zone.
Complete the following steps to change the AP firmware version of the zone.
- Go to Network> Access Points and locate a zone for which you want to upgrade the AP firmware version.
- Click More and select Change AP Firmware. The Change AP Firmware dialog box displays the current AP firmware version.
- Select the firmware version you need. If you upgrade to a new firmware version, a backup configuration file will be created. You can use this backup file to downgrade to the original firmware version.

message is displayed stating that the firmware version was updated successfully.
