Disabling or re-enabling auto-provisioning
DHCP auto-provisioning is enabled by default. You can disable or re-enable DHCP auto-provisioning
on a switch or a router.
- On a switch or a router enter the global configuration mode by issuing the
configure terminalcommand. - Enter the
no ip dhcp-client auto-update enablecommand to disable DHCP auto-provisioning. - Enter the
ip dhcp-client auto-update enablecommand to enable DHCP auto-provisioning after it has been disabled.
