Reset Password from the RUCKUS Network Director Admin Portal

The user can reset password from the RUCKUS Network Director Admin portal.
Complete the following steps to reset password from the RUCKUS Network Director Admin portal.
  1. Launch the web browser and browse to the RUCKUS Network Director Admin portal (https://[RUCKUS Network Director IP]:8443).
    The RUCKUS Network Director login page is displayed.

  2. Click Reset Password.
    The Reset Password page is displayed.

  3. Enter Admin in the Username field and click Send.
    The Send Recovery Email dialog box is displayed.

  4. Click OK.
  5. Open the Recovery Email and click the reset RND password link provided in the email.

    The Enter your New Password page is displayed.

  6. Enter your new password in the field New Password, again enter the same password in the field Type New Password Again, and click Send.
    The Update Password dialog box is displayed.

  7. Click OK.
