User EXEC mode
If a module supports breakout, the total number of ports available when breakout is enabled is displayed in the output.

show module command displays the following information:

The following is sample output for
the show
module command when the module supports breakout. The total number
of ports available when breakout is enabled isdisplayed. The output shows
thatmodule 2 (M2) is an 8x100G module. It indicates the maximum number of ports
that can be configured on the module is 32, regardless of whether the breakout
feature is enabled (4x8= 32x25G ports) or not (8x100G ports).
