Introduction to RUCKUS IoT Controller Migration

This guide provides necessary information to migrate RUCKUS IoT Controller from the version 1.8.2.0 MR to 2.0.0.0.

This guide is intended for service operators and system administrators to help accomplish the following migrations:

  • Migrate the current version of RUCKUS IoT Controller to the latest version, RUCKUS IoT Controller 2.0.0.0.
  • Roll back from RUCKUS IoT Controller 2.0.0.0 to 1.8.2.0 MR.
  • Migrating gateways connecting APs in SmartZone 6.1 or 5.2.2 from RUCKUS IoT Controller 2.0.0.0 to 1.8.2.0 MR.
