Deleting an IoT Controller
You can delete a RUCKUS IoT Controller
that has been already added to RUCKUS One.
Deleting an IoT Controller that is associated with a venue or AP will automatically disassociate it from those components. As a result, IoT features such as device management and data flow will no longer function for those APs until a new IoT Controller is configured and linked.
Complete the following steps to delete a RUCKUS IoT Controller:
- From the navigation bar, select
.The IoT Controller page appears, displaying the list of controllers associated with your RUCKUS One account.
- Click the checkbox alongside the
controller name, then click the Delete option
that appears above the table.A confirmation dialog box is displayed.
- In the confirmation box, type
the word Delete at the prompt and click the Delete button to
proceed. A message confirming successful deletion is displayed.
