Known Issues

This section lists the caveats, limitations, and known issues for Remote Management Services for Unleashed.
  • Remote Management Services for Unleashed does not provide real-time updates. Specific tasks, such as Unleashed configuration backup and restore and device status, will not be updated until Remote Management Services for Unleashed receives the INFORM message from Unleashed.
  • The status of the connected AP updates every 15 minutes on Remote Management Services for Unleashed, while it updates in real-time on Unleashed. This results in a difference in the status displayed for the AP on the RMS for Unleashed GUI and the Unleashed GUI.
