Initial Setup

Before an implementation call between the customer and a Cloudpath representative, the Cloudpath representative should review the customer checklist in this guide as well as the entire Cloudpath Deployment Guide.

If deploying to a local VMware server, the customer should download the OVA file prior to the implementation call.

The call should cover the following topics at minimum:

  • Discussion about what the customer wants to achieve
  • Initial product setup
  • Workflow basics
