Licensing Model Prior to 2.0.0.0 Release

Prior to RUCKUS IoT Controller 2.0.0.0, an AP-based licensing model was supported, in which licenses were used by approved APs. The AP-based licensing model maintained an RTU license, temporary trail licenses, AP capacity licenses, support licenses, and so on. The licenses were either perpetual licenses or limited to customized expiration dates.
