Enabling the SSL Server on the Device

HTTPS is enabled by default. If necessary, you can disable it. If HTTPS has been disabled, you can re-enable it. HTTP, likewise, can be disabled and re-enabled.

The following commands disable HTTPS.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# no web-management https

To re-enable the SSL server to use HTTPS on the RUCKUS ICX device, enter the following command.

device(config)# web-management https

Use the http parameter with the web-management or no web-management command to enable or disable HTTP servers.

To disable both HTTP and HTTPs servers, enter the following command.

device# configure terminal
device(config)# no web-management
