sFlow Configuration Considerations

The following are the sFlow configuration considerations on RUCKUS ICX devices:

• On ICX devices, you can use QoS queue 1 for priority traffic, even when sFlow is enabled on the port.
• If ICX stacks are rebooted, sFlow is disabled on standby and member units until the configuration is synchronized between the active and standby Controllers.
• ICX 8100 and ICX 8200 devices support sFlow sampling rate configuration only at the global level. They do not support the sflow sample or sflow enable commands at the interface level. However, the sflow forwarding command is supported only at the interface level.
• For ICX 8200 devices, sFlow is not supported on a port with mirroring configuration.
