ip dhcp snooping

This command information is new for 10.0.20a

Enables DHCP snooping on a port level.

Syntax

ip dhcp
                  snooping

no ip dhcp snooping

Command Default

DHCP snooping is disabled by default.

Modes

Global configuration mode

Usage Guidelines

The no form on this command disables DHCP snooping on a specific interface.

This command is only supported for ICX 8200 devices.

Examples

The following example enables DHCP snooping on a specific interface

device# configure terminal
device(config)# interface ethernet 1/1/2
device(config-if-e2500-1/1/2)# ip dhcp snooping
