ACX-66646

Summary: Control packet priority issue with RUCKUS Edge.

Symptom: The RUCKUS Edge device does not prioritize the control packets in the network.

Condition: User may experience a lag when configuring RUCKUS One if there is a heavy data traffic.

Workaround: None

ACX-85671

Summary: RUCKUS Edge firmware upgrade from 2.3.0.1181 to 2.3.0.1307 fails.

Symptom: RUCKUS Edge firmware upgrade from 2.3.0.1181 to 2.3.0.1307 fails.

Condition: Unknown

Workaround: None

ACX-85693

Summary: Upgrading RUCKUS Edge 144 from version 2.3.0.1181 to 2.3.0.1307 takes three times longer compared to upgrading from version 2.2.0.1066 to 2.3.0.1307.

Symptom: Upgrading RUCKUS Edge firmware typically requires around 30 minutes or more.

Condition: Upgrading RUCKUS Edge firmware from version 2.3.0.1181 to 2.3.0.1307 typically takes around 30 minutes or more in certain regions.

ACX-84241

Summary: RUCKUS Edge 144 4 Ports LAG: SD-LAN version 2.3.0.1181. Wi-Fi client internet speed-test results are very low, even with FTM disabled on VPP.

Symptom: Speedtest results show that traffic throughput from the Wi-Fi client is significantly low.

Condition: Speedtest measurements indicate that traffic throughput from the WiFi client is low when the Hierarchical Quality of Service (HQoS) feature is enabled.

Workaround: Disable the Hierarchical Quality of Service (HQoS) feature if it is enabled and is not required.

Summary: RUCKUS Edge encountered an internal system error (code: crashloop, pod upgrade-1-zxs6q).
